This policy explains what information IT Ninjas LLC collects when you use this website or our services, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, contact us at info@itninjas.com and we will explain it properly.

Information we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you choose to give us, which is generally your name, email address and whatever you tell us about your business. If you subscribe to our updates we store your email address for that purpose. We also collect basic, aggregated information about how this site is used, such as which pages are visited, in order to understand what people find useful.

In the course of providing IT services to a client we necessarily have access to systems and data belonging to that client. That access is governed by our services agreement with them, not by this policy.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, to provide and support the services you have asked for, and to send updates if you have asked to receive them. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information with service providers only where it is needed to run our business, for example the platforms we use for email and for hosting this website, and where we are required to do so by law.

Text messages

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only for the messages you agreed to receive. Consent is not a condition of purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP. Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we protect it

We are an IT security company, and we apply to our own systems the same controls we recommend to clients: multi-factor authentication, encryption, access limited to those who need it, monitored systems and tested backups. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as we have a working relationship with you and for as long afterwards as we need it for legal, accounting or reporting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand in aggregate how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not behave as expected if you do.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message we send. To make any of these requests, email info@itninjas.com.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to clients directly.
